Finally it feels like spring is here, the longer days are a welcome sight, there is lots of activity on the lake with new species of Ducks arriving. Our fab hens are all in egg production now and keep me entertained and to be honest a little distracted.
I have been busy creating new dishes for the spring menus and cant wait to try them out on our lovely guests, expect to see delicious Yorkshire Lamb on the menu, slow cooked beef cheek and place fillets....check out the menu page for more information.
We are now taking bookings for the 2017 season and a few key dates for your diary are Mothers Day and Easter, we do have a few rooms left so just call to book or email me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
