Over the 1st, 2nd and 3rd of July, we will play host to the first of the Jodie's Fit Formula Fitness Retreats... Come and get involved with a luxury introduction to healthy eating and exercise.

Over the course of the weekend, Caroline the chef and host, will show you how to serve up some delicious, nutritious meals and offer practical advice for you to take home and use in your kitchen to make healthy eating tasty and easy.

There will also be a mixture of different styles of training including HIIT, outdoor circuit training, Metafit and scenic walks to make your stay as productive and enjoyable as possible. The training can be adapted for a selection of ages and abilities and everyone should feel they have achieved something when they leave at the end of the weekend. 

About the Venue

Hollymoor House is a beautiful barn conversion situated next to a large pond surrounded by grass lawns ideal for exercising on! The house has four luxury bedrooms, all en-suite that are perfect for unwinding after a busy day training. The stunning kitchen is at the heart of house, with fantastic facilities ideal for the cooking demos that will take place during the weekend retreats.

Who are the retreats for?

The fitness retreats are for anyone wanting a kick start into a healthy lifestyle or for those needing a little motivation on the exercise and healthy eating front. Our aim is to show you how living well and looking after your body is very achievable with the right guidance. At the end of the weekend we will send you away with a selection of recipes, a training programme suitable for your individual requirements and a goody bag with some luxury treats.Itinerary for the weekend:


Friday 1st July 

3pm Arrive and enjoy a healthy afternoon tea.

5pm An hours workout on the lawn

7pmA delicious dinner with mocktails


Saturday 2nd July

8am Super smoothie to power you through your first workout of the day!

8.15am Metafit workout

9.30am Breakfast

10.30am Cookery lesson and healthy eating advice

1.30pm Lunch

3pm Afternoon workout

5pm Afternoon snacks of the terrace


Chill time

7pm Champagne Cocktails

7.30pm Luxury Dinner (still following our healthy eating guidelines)


Sunday 3rd July

9am Breakfast

10am Scenic walk

11.30am Return for one to one debriefs and optional massage.

1.30pm Light lunch

2.30pm Depart with goodie bag.
